On our last podcast we played a song by OY called Tortoise and Hunter. This inspired the wizards, and in particular Kicker, to compile a playlist of tortoise related songs. Appropriately enough, we’ve been a bit slow in getting it up on the site but like the fella in the race we’ve got there in the end.
Only tortoises permitted mind, no other testudines allowed which means there’s no room here for this Syd Barrett tune or this Sturgill Simpson one. And most definitely not for Chorizo’s suggestion of Bonnie Tyler’s “Turtle Eclipse of the Heart”
Why not add to the all around sensual experience by listening to the playlist whilst looking at these photos of tortoises eating and looking really happy about it.
