Yes, it’s another mental Monday and here’s another pair of rock solid videos for you to enjoy.
Any idea what the link between the two might be?

Is it both releasing boxsets?
An excellent suggestion, but no. There’s a link between the name of one band and a line in the song by the other.
No need for the Black Maria.
A Bridewe Taxis is Black Maria
Or to be more specific. Black Maria and Bridewell Taxi are both nicknames of Police vehicles that will wisk you off for a night in cells. Bridewell being the destination if said vehicle was in Leeds.
Damn right, Lee. Excellent stuff.
And both excellent bands if I may say so. The Bridewell Taxis not getting as much recognition as they should have done back in the day.
Did Tim mention that they both have box sets out soon? π
I agree. I was disappointed to recently come to the Bridewell’s Kickstarter project too late, but have been reliably informed that the boxset will be available online in due course. I’ll give it a plug on the podcast as soon as I get my mitts on it. MOT!
